- THE OUTDOORSMANS WILL ALLOW RETURNS OF PRODUCTS PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING: 1. The product was sold by Outdoorsmans. 2. The product is in new condition and complete with any paperwork. i.e. warranty registration, instruction manuals, boxes, and or any factory placed literature. Products for return must show no signs of tampering or abuse. 3. Is within 30 days of date of sale. Returns outside of 30 days are subject to inspection and restocking fees to be determined on a case by case basis. 4. Product must be accompanied with original register receipt. 5. Consumer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. All returns are subject to inspection. If the package was damaged in shipment, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer please call 800-291-8065 or contact us by email before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. The returns department requests that we allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit and or the replacement of said product.
